Esther Felicitas - estrella feliz

I am a traveller, setting off into the world and seeing what it has to offer me outside of my previous horizon.

 

Even as a child, I loved to play with shells, grass and wood to cook. I learned very early that its important to watch what we eat. 

​

I loved roaming through our large garden and discovering what is already ripe. How a seed becomes a fruit inspired me very early in my life.

 

I love to cook for people, to give them a smile.

And so it was actually clear to me for a long time:

I would also like to work professionally with nutrition.

 

I want to help people to feel the enthusiasm for their own body.

MIND

This is my inside, how I see the world

how I think and feel.


A few years ago I asked myself:

​

Who do I want to be?

 

How do I want to fill this lifetime?

​

I want liveliness in my life, variety, adventure and freedom.


And so I am a traveller.

I am curious and eager to learn.

I look forward to all new experiences, encounters and and places I will experience in the future.

BODY

Anyone who sees me for the first time will quickly notice:

​

I am not very tall.

 

I was almost always the smallest. For a long time I was ashamed of it and wanted to be like the others.

 

At some point I understood that I am here on this beautiful earth with this body and that I will spend this life together with my body.

 

My body is my temple.
My body is changing

like me too.

 

Sometimes I am sportier

sometimes I have a few kilos more.

And that i s okay too.

 

But I take care of her because she is my home.

FOOD

My food is my medicine.


I was taught since I was a little kid

how important it is what we eat.
 

My favorite cold drink is beetroot, lemon and honey juice.

 

And that for more than 20 years.
 

I love to cook and eat. Creating a treat from the simplest of ingredients-

For the senses, the body and for well-being.
 

I have been eating 95% purely plant-based food for about 4 years.


For some time now, I have been trying to minimize refined sugar consumption and try to avoid highly processed foods whenever possible.
